SCIB1 and iSCIB1+ in Melanoma Patients Receiving Nivolumab With Ipilimumab or SCIB1 With Pembrolizumab (The SCOPE Study)
This study looks at new cancer vaccines, SCIB1 and iSCIB1+, for advanced skin cancer (melanoma). They are being tested with standard treatments (nivolumab/ipilimumab or pembrolizumab) to see if they are safe and can help these treatments work better or for longer.

This study looks at how well two medicines, encorafenib and binimetinib, work together for people with a specific type of advanced melanoma. It also checks on side effects and how it affects quality of life in everyday healthcare, outside of a strict clinical trial setting.
