A Study of Pasritamig With or Without JNJ-87189401 Versus Placebo for Late Line Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

This study is testing a new medicine, Pasritamig, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone treatments. We want to see if Pasritamig helps men live longer compared to a dummy medicine, alongside their usual supportive care.
