A Clinical Trial Investigating the Safety, Tolerability, and Therapeutic Effects of BNT113 in Combination With Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab Alone for Patients With a Form of Head and Neck Cancer Positive for Human Papilloma Virus 16 and Expressing the Protein PD-L1
This study is for people with a type of head and neck cancer linked to HPV16. It compares a new treatment (BNT113 plus pembrolizumab) with pembrolizumab alone to see if the new combination is safe and works better.

Immunotherapy Clearance and Phenotype of Circulating Tumor Cells in Lung and Head and Neck Cancers
This study looks at how immunotherapy works in people with lung or head and neck cancers. We will check blood samples to see if changes in a specific cancer cell marker (PD-L1) are linked to how well the treatment clears from the body and how patients respond.
