COLUMBIA-1: Novel Oncology Therapies in Combination With Chemotherapy and Bevacizumab as First- Line Therapy in MSS-CRC
This study is for people with advanced bowel cancer that has spread (metastatic) and is 'microsatellite stable' (MSS). It tests new drug combinations with standard treatment (FOLFOX and bevacizumab) to see if they are safe and work well as a first treatment option.

This study looks at a new drug, INCA33890, alongside standard treatments for advanced bowel cancer that has spread. It aims to see if adding INCA33890 helps people live longer and keeps the cancer from growing for a longer time.
