Gemcitabine Hydrochloride and Cisplatin With or Without Veliparib or Veliparib Alone in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer
This study looks at new ways to treat pancreatic cancer that has spread. It compares standard chemotherapy with or without a new drug called veliparib. We're testing if adding veliparib helps stop cancer growth, especially in people with specific genetic changes.

An open-label, randomised, multicentre, phase III study of irinotecan liposome injection, oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil/leucovorin versus nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine in subjects who have not previously received chemotherapy for metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas
This study is testing a new combination of treatments for advanced pancreatic cancer that hasn't been treated with chemotherapy before. It compares a new drug mix (irinotecan liposome, oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil/leucovorin) against a standard treatment (nab-paclitaxel, gemcitabine) to see which helps people live longer.
