This study is testing a new medicine called PF-07275315 for adults with moderate to severe COPD. We want to see if it helps improve breathing and reduces flare-ups, compared to a dummy medicine.

This study is testing different versions of an inhaler treatment for moderate to severe COPD. It wants to see if a new design works as well as the current one, and if both are better than using a dummy inhaler. We're looking at how well people can breathe.
