A Study of BGB-11417 in Participants With Myeloid Malignancies
This study is looking at a new drug, BGB-11417, for certain blood cancers like acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). Researchers want to see if it's safe, what dose works best, and if it helps people, either alone or with another treatment called azacitidine.

Evaluation of Tranexamic Acid in Myelodysplastic Syndromes and Acute Myeloid Leukemia
This study looks at whether a medicine called tranexamic acid can help stop bleeding in people with certain blood cancers like MDS and AML. Some patients will get the medicine, others a dummy pill. We want to see if it safely reduces bleeding problems.
