WithHolding Enteral Feeds Around Blood Transfusion (International)
This study looks at whether changing feeding times around blood transfusions for very premature babies (under 30 weeks old) can prevent a serious tummy problem called necrotising enterocolitis (NEC). We are comparing stopping feeds temporarily with continuing feeds as normal.

Qualitative Study of Surgeons With Prospective Patient Follow-up
This study looks at how surgeons decide when to operate on babies with a severe bowel condition called necrotising enterocolitis (NEC). Researchers will interview surgeons and then track the babies' health over time to understand if different decisions lead to different outcomes for these very ill babies.
