Assess the Efficacy of OM-89 vs Placebo in Reducing Antibiotic Consumption Associated With the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infections in Patients With Neurogenic Bladder
This study for people with a neurogenic bladder and frequent UTIs is checking if a special capsule (OM-89) can reduce the number of urinary tract infections and the need for antibiotics, compared to a dummy capsule. It's hoped this could lead to less antibiotic use.
