White Matter Distortion and Dementia Biomarkers in Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH)
This study looks into Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), a condition affecting older people. We want to understand why some patients get better with surgery to drain fluid from the brain, while others don't. We're also checking for other memory problems and testing new ways to track health at home.

Double-blind randomized acetazolamide trial in normal pressure hydrocephalus (DRAIN)
This study, called DRAIN, is looking at how a medicine called acetazolamide might help people with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. Researchers want to see if it can improve walking and overall quality of life. Participants will receive either the real medicine or a dummy pill.
