A healthy volunteer study of MOS-118 nasal spray
This study is testing a new nasal spray, called MOS-118, for obstructive sleep apnoea. It's a first-stage study in healthy volunteers to check how safe it is, how well the body handles it, and how it moves through the nose and throat. The aim is to find a new way to treat sleep apnoea.

This study looks at how morphine, a painkiller, works in people with obesity and sleep apnoea compared to healthy volunteers. We want to understand if these conditions change how the body handles morphine to make sure it's used safely and effectively.

AMAZE 4: A Research Study Investigating How Well the Medicine NNC0487-0111 Helps People With Excess Body Weight and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Treated With Positive Airway Pressure Lose Weight and Improve Sleep Apnoea
This study looks at a new medicine, NNC0487-0111, for people who are overweight or obese and have sleep apnoea. We want to see if it helps with weight loss and improves sleep apnoea. Participants will take weekly injections, either the new medicine or a dummy medicine.

Testing a home sleep monitoring system for sleep apnoea
This study is testing a new, simpler way to check for sleep apnoea at home. It uses a small chest patch and a wrist device. We want to see if it works as well as current tests, hoping to make testing easier for more people.
