Electrical Stimulation treating knee osteoarthritis for pain, function and strength
Knee osteoarthritis causes pain, stiffness, and weak leg muscles. This trial looks at whether a home electrical muscle stimulation machine can reduce pain and improve leg strength. Half of the participants will use a real device once daily for eight weeks, while the other half use an inactive dummy device.

A Pilot, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Trial to Evaluate the Tolerability, Safety, and Pharmacokinetics of a Single Intra-articular Injection of CNTX-0066 in Participants with Chronic, Moderate-to-Severe Osteoarthritis Knee Pain
This study is testing a new medicine, CNTX-0066, for people with ongoing, moderate to severe knee pain from osteoarthritis. It's an early-stage study, checking if a single injection into the knee is safe, well-tolerated, and how the body handles it. Doctors hope to find a new way to help manage this common pain.

A Phase 2, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Crossover Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of LTG-001 in Patients with Osteoarthritis of the Knee
This study is testing a new tablet, LTG-001, for knee osteoarthritis. We want to see if it helps reduce pain and if it's safe to use. Some participants will get the new tablet, and others a dummy tablet, at different times.
