A Phase 1 Clinical Study of NXP800 in Subjects With Advanced Cancers and Expansion in Subjects With Ovarian Cancer
This study is testing a new drug, NXP800, for people with advanced cancers. It aims to find a safe dose and see how well it works, especially for certain types of ovarian cancer that have a specific genetic change called ARID1a mutation.

Minimally Invasive Surgery After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Stage IIIC-IV Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancer, LANCE Trial
This study compares keyhole surgery (minimally invasive surgery) with traditional open surgery (laparotomy) for advanced ovarian cancer. It's for women who've already had chemotherapy. The aim is to see if keyhole surgery is as good or better for recovery and quality of life.

Paclitaxel and Carboplatin With or Without Bevacizumab in Treating Patients With Stage II, Stage III, or Stage IV Ovarian Epithelial Cancer, Primary Peritoneal Cancer, or Fallopian Tube Cancer
This study looks at different ways to treat advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. It compares two chemotherapy treatments, with or without an additional drug called bevacizumab, to see which works best and has the fewest side effects.
