Study of Daraxonrasib and Daraxonrasib + GnP as First-line Treatment in Patients With Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma
This study is looking at a new drug, daraxonrasib, for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread. It compares daraxonrasib alone, or with standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel), against standard chemotherapy by itself. The aim is to see if the new treatments can help people live longer and stop the cancer from growing.

Study of Nab-Paclitaxel and Gemcitabine With or Without SBP-101 in Pancreatic Cancer

A Study in Advanced or Metastatic Gastrointestinal Cancers Exploring Treatment Combinations With Pelareorep and Atezolizumab
