PET-MRI of Reward System in Parkinson's Disease With RBD
This study looks at how the brain's reward system works in people with Parkinson's and how it might link to compulsive behaviours. Researchers use special scans (PET-MRI) to understand why some people with Parkinson's, especially those with certain sleep issues, develop these behaviours.
