Comparison of Ultrasound-guided Electrolysis Therapy vs. Sham Electrolysis in Patients With Patellar Tendinopathy: A Prospective Randomized Study Including MRI and Shear-wave Ultrasound Elastography Imaging

This study looks at a new treatment called ultrasound-guided electrolysis for 'jumper's knee' (patellar tendinopathy). It compares this treatment to a dummy treatment to see if it reduces pain and improves knee function.
