A trial of prednisolone in combination with SPI-62 or placebo in participants with polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR)
This study is looking into new ways to treat polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR), a condition that causes muscle pain and stiffness. It will compare a new medicine, SPI-62, with a dummy pill, alongside the usual Prednisolone treatment, to see if it can help improve symptoms.

Justification And Evaluation of Baricitinib Plus Corticosteroids Versus corticosteroiDs Alone in pOlymyalgia RhEumatica
This study is looking at a new drug called baricitinib, alongside standard steroids, to treat Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR). We want to see if it helps reduce the need for steroids and keeps PMR under control, with fewer side effects than long-term steroid use.
