Study of Navtemadlin add-on to Ruxolitinib in JAK Inhibitor-Naïve Patients With Myelofibrosis Who Have a Suboptimal Response to Ruxolitinib
This study looks at adding a new medicine, navtemadlin, to an existing treatment, ruxolitinib, for people with myelofibrosis. It aims to see if this combination works better for those whose myelofibrosis isn't fully controlled by ruxolitinib alone.

Study of TL-895 Combined With Ruxolitinib in JAKi Treatment-Naïve MF Subjects and Subjects With MF Who Have a Suboptimal Response to Ruxolitinib
This study is looking into a new drug, TL-895, for myelofibrosis, a bone marrow disorder. It’s for people who haven't tried a common treatment called ruxolitinib yet, or those who aren't getting enough benefit from ruxolitinib alone.
