Continuous Versus Bolus Norepinephrine Administration to Treat Postinduction Hypotension

This study looks at how best to give a common blood pressure medicine, norepinephrine, during surgery. We're comparing giving it constantly versus in small pushes, to see if it helps keep blood pressure steady in people at risk of problems after an operation.
