Effect of Erector Spinae (ESP) Block on Opioid Reduction and Enhanced Recovery After Posterior Cervical Spine Surgery
This study is looking into a new way to help manage pain after neck surgery using a special injection called an Erector Spinae (ESP) block. We want to see if this injection can reduce the need for strong painkillers and help patients recover faster.
