This study looks at how different gentle pressures help tiny babies breathe better. We’re using a special scan (EIT) to see what pressure is best for preventing their tiny lungs from collapsing, aiming to reduce lung damage for babies born too soon.

Efficacy of Dexmedetomidine Versus Midazolam Sedation on Extubation Time in Mechanically Ventilated Preterm Infants
This study compares two sedatives, dexmedetomidine and midazolam, for very premature babies on breathing machines. We want to see if one helps babies come off the machine sooner and recover better.
