A study to see if fluoxetine will help reduce the symptoms of problematic sexual arousal in adult men serving a prison sentence when compared with a placebo (dummy) drug

This study tests whether a daily medicine called fluoxetine can help men in prison manage distressing, out-of-control sexual urges. Researchers will compare fluoxetine with a dummy pill over six months to see if it is safe, effective, and helps improve everyday wellbeing.
