Supporting the voluntary community and social enterprise paid workforce: an action research study

This study looks at how to best support people who work for charities and community groups in health and wellbeing roles. Many feel unsupported, leading to them leaving their jobs. The study hopes to find ways to help them stay, which will also benefit the people they care for.
