A study of amivantamab in addition to standard of care agents compared with standard of care in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck cancer

This study is looking at a new medicine called amivantamab for advanced head and neck cancer. It compares amivantamab with existing treatments to see if it can better slow cancer growth and help people live longer. Participants will receive different combinations of treatments.
