Study of REGN4018 (Ubamatamab) Administered Alone or in Combination With Cemiplimab in Adult Patients With Recurrent Ovarian Cancer or Other Recurrent Mucin-16 Expressing (MUC16+) Cancers

Phase 1 Study of RP-6306 With Carboplatin and Paclitaxel in TP53 Ovarian and Uterine Cancer
This study looks at a new drug, RP-6306, combined with standard medicines (carboplatin and paclitaxel) for advanced ovarian or womb (uterine) cancer. We want to find the safest dose and see how well it works, especially for cancers with a specific gene change called TP53.
