This early-stage study is looking at a new way to treat lung cancer called adoptive TIL therapy. It combines this new treatment with standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if it's safe and how it works in adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

Clinical Surveillance vs. Anticoagulation for Low-risk Patients With Isolated Subsegmental Pulmonary Embolism
This study looks at the best way to treat small blood clots in the lungs (isolated subsegmental pulmonary embolism) in people at low risk. It compares watching carefully without treatment to giving blood-thinning medicine to reduce bleeding risks.
