Dabigatran vs. Oral Anti-Xa Inhibitors in S. Aureus Bacteremia

This study compares different blood thinners (Dabigatran vs. Apixaban, Edoxaban, or Rivaroxaban) in people with a serious স্টাফ infection (S. aureus bacteremia). We want to see if switching to dabigatran, which might fight the infection, improves outcomes for patients already taking blood thinners.
