A Clinical Trial of PRAX-562 in Subjects With Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies (DEE)
This study is testing a new medicine, PRAX-562, for children and teenagers aged 1 to 18 who have severe forms of epilepsy called SCN2A or SCN8A encephalopathy. It aims to see if the medicine is safe and if it helps reduce seizures.

A Clinical Trial of Elsunersen in Pediatric SCN2A-DEE to Assess Efficacy and Safety
This study is testing a new medicine, elsunersen, for young children and teenagers with a severe form of epilepsy called SCN2A-DEE. It aims to see if the medicine can reduce seizures and is safe. This trial is for children whose seizures started very early.
