Study of SGR-1505 in Mature B-Cell Neoplasms
This study is testing a new medicine called SGR-1505 for certain types of B-cell lymphoma. We want to find out if it's safe, what dose works best, and if it can help slow down the disease. It's for people whose treatment hasn't worked or stopped working.

Comparison Between Rituximab Plus Zanubrutinib Versus Rituximab Monotherapy in Untreated SMZL Patients
This study compares two treatments for a type of slow-growing lymphoma called Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma (SMZL). It looks at whether a combination of two drugs, rituximab and zanubrutinib, works better and is as safe as rituximab alone for patients needing their first treatment.
