Self-rehabilitation At Home After LumbaR Arthrodesis (SAHARA)
This study looks at whether doing exercises at home after back surgery (lumbar arthrodesis) helps patients recover better than waiting to see a physiotherapist. We want to see if home exercises can reduce pain and improve quality of life sooner for people having this common back operation.

Midline Versus Paramedian Approaches in Treating Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis
This study looks at two ways of doing back surgery for slipped discs (spondylolisthesis). It compares a 'midline' and a 'paramedian' approach to see which causes fewer infections, needs fewer re-operations, shortens hospital stays, and lowers overall costs.
