Combination of Spartalizumab, mDCF and Radiotherapy in Patients With Metastatic Squamous Cell Anal Carcinoma

This study looks at combining radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and a new anti-cancer drug (spartalizumab) for people with anal cancer that has spread. We want to see if this combination treatment is safe and effective in fighting the cancer.
