A Study to Learn About How Safe Nitroglycerin is and How it Affects the Body When Taken Along With Nurandociguat in People With Coronary Artery Disease
This study looks at how safe a heart medicine (nitroglycerin) is when taken with a new kidney medicine (nurandociguat) for people with heart artery disease. We want to see how these medicines work together in the body.

A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Phase IIa Trial to Evaluate Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Repeated Subcutaneously Administered RBD4059 in Participants with Stable Coronary Artery Disease
This study is testing a new injection, RBD4059, for people with stable heart artery disease. We'll check if it's safe and how well the body handles it. We also want to see if it affects special blood markers linked to heart health.
