STREAM Trial - Statins in Multimorbid Older Adults Without Cardiovascular Disease

This study looks at whether older adults (70+) with several health conditions, who are already taking statins to prevent heart problems, would benefit from stopping them. We want to see if continuing or stopping statins is better for their health.
