A Study of the Long-term Safety and Efficacy of Danicamtiv in Adults With Symptomatic Genetic and Familial Dilated Cardiomyopathy

This study is looking at a new medicine called Danicamtiv for people with a heart condition called genetic or familial Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM). It wants to see how well the medicine works over a long time, if it's safe, and if people can take it easily. There are currently no specific medicines for this type of DCM.
