This study is looking for better ways to treat syphilis. Researchers are comparing a new antibiotic, Linezolid, with the usual treatment to see which one works best. They're checking if the treatments cure the infection, stop it from coming back, and looking for any side effects.

Investigational Study to Evaluate the DPP® Syphilis Screen & Confirm Antibody Point-of-care Test (POCT) to Diagnose Infectious Syphilis
This study is testing a new, quick way to check for syphilis using a finger-prick blood test. It aims to see if this rapid test is as accurate as standard lab tests and if it can help people get diagnosed and treated for syphilis sooner. Around 600 adults will take part.
