A study to investigate the mass balance, absolute bioavailability (BA), pharmacokinetics (PK), and metabolism of a single oral dose 60 mg [14C]-alogabat and an IV microdose of 100 μg [13C]-alogabat

This study is looking at how a new medicine called alogabat moves through the body in healthy adult men. We want to understand how much of the medicine gets into the bloodstream and how the body breaks it down and gets rid of it. This helps us learn more about the medicine's basic workings.
