Long-term Characterization of GORE® TAG® Conformable Thoracic Stent Graft With ACTIVE CONTROL System Performance
This study is looking at how a special medical device, called the GORE® TAG® Conformable Thoracic Stent Graft, works over a long time (up to 10 years). It helps doctors understand if this device, used to fix problems in a large blood vessel near the heart, continues to be a good and safe treatment option for people.

Post Market Registry for GORE® TAG® Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis
This study looks at how a special device called the GORE® TAG® Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis works in real patients with problems in their main body artery (aorta). We want to see how safe and effective it is for conditions like aneurysms, which are dangerous bulges.
