This study looks at people with severe facial pain or twitching caused by a nerve being pressed by a blood vessel. It collects information from medical records to see how well surgery (called microvascular decompression) works and what happens to patients over time.

An Efficacy and Safety Study of Basimglurant (NOE-101) in Patients With Trigeminal Neuralgia.
This study is testing a new medicine, basimglurant, for people aged 18-75 with trigeminal neuralgia (TN). We want to see if it's safe and helps reduce the pain. Half the participants will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy pill (placebo).
