Treatment of low-flow vascular malformations with bleomycin electrosclerotherapy (BEST)
This study is looking at a new way to treat certain birthmarks called vascular malformations. It uses a medicine called bleomycin with a special electrical treatment. We want to see how well it shrinks these birthmarks and if it's safe for adults.

Mass balance study of [14C]-VAD044
This study is looking at how a new drug, VAD044, moves through the bodies of healthy men. It aims to understand how the body uses and gets rid of the drug, which is important for future research into treating vascular malformations.
