This study, called ARTORIA-R, is collecting information from many countries about adults with heart conditions they were born with (congenital heart disease) who need a heart transplant. It aims to understand why some need transplants and how they do afterwards.

Registry to Assess the Safety and Feasibility of the Subpulmonary Support with the Novel Venous Cannula in Patients with Failing/Absence of the Right Heart
This study looks at how well a special device, called an EXCOR Venous Cannula, works in supporting hearts that are struggling. It aims to make sure the device is safe and helps patients get better, both in the short and long term.
