Belzutifan/MK-6482 for the Treatment of Advanced Pheochromocytoma/Paraganglioma (PPGL), Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor (pNET), Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) Disease-Associated Tumors, Advanced Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (wt GIST), or Solid Tumors With HIF-2α Related Genetic Alterations (MK-6482-015)
This study is testing a new medicine called belzutifan for certain types of advanced cancers, including rare adrenal gland, gut, and kidney cancers. We want to see how well it works and if it's safe for people aged 12 and over.

Extension Study for Participants in Studies That Include Belzutifan (MK-6482-043/LITESPARK-043)
This study looks at the long-term effects of a medicine called belzutifan for people with advanced cancers or cancers linked to Von Hippel-Lindau disease. It's for those already taking belzutifan in other trials. The aim is to see how long people live after starting this treatment.
