Indocyanine Green for Detection of Sentinel Lymph Nodes In Comparison to ICG Plus Technetium in the Evaluation of Vulvar Squamous Cell Carcinoma
This study compares two ways to find 'sentinel lymph nodes' in women with early vulvar cancer. Sentinel nodes are the first lymph nodes cancer might spread to. We want to see if a newer dye method (ICG) works as well as the standard method, which uses two dyes.

This study looks at shopping habits using loyalty card data from Tesco or Boots to see if certain purchases might hint at cancer earlier. It aims to help doctors diagnose pancreatic, bowel, oesophageal, stomach, liver, bladder, womb, vulval, and ovarian cancers sooner.

A Three-arm Randomized Phase II Study of Dostarlimab Alone or With Bevacizumab Versus Nonplatinum Chemotherapy in Recurrent Gynecological Clear Cell Carcinoma: DOVE (APGOT-OV7/ ENGOT-ov80 Study)
This study looks at new treatments (Dostarlimab alone or with Bevacizumab) for certain gynaecological cancers that have come back or not responded to previous treatment, comparing them to standard chemotherapy. It aims to see which treatment works best.

Screening for Anal Cancer in Women With High-grade Vulvar Dysplasia or Vulvar Cancer.
This study looks at whether women over 40 with certain vulvar conditions are at higher risk for anal cancer. It aims to see if regular anal screening, like a Pap test for the bottom, could help find and treat problems early in this group.
