Efficacy and Safety Study of Mavorixafor in Participants With Warts, Hypogammaglobulinemia, Infections, and Myelokathexis (WHIM) Syndrome
This study is testing a new medicine, mavorixafor, for people with WHIM syndrome. It aims to see if the medicine can increase important white blood cells and if it's safe. Some people will get the active medicine, and others will get a dummy medicine (placebo).

This study looks at a new medicine called Mavorixafor for people with WHIM syndrome. It compares the medicine to a dummy pill to see if it helps improve the body's infection-fighting cells and reduce warts and infections. It also checks how safe the medicine is.
