Sarcoma Surgery Wound Complications Comparing Usual Versus Negative Pressure Dressing
This study compares two types of wound dressings after sarcoma surgery: standard ones and special 'negative pressure' dressings. We want to see if the special dressings reduce wound problems and how they affect recovery and NHS costs. It's for people aged 16+ having sarcoma surgery.

Cosmetic Outcome of Electrocautery, Scalpel and PEAK PlasmaBlade for Surgical Breast Incisions
This study compares how different surgical tools for breast cancer surgery affect scar appearance. It looks at scalpels, standard electrocautery, and a newer tool called PEAK PlasmaBlade, to see if one makes a better-looking scar after a mastectomy.
