Refining Adjuvant Treatment IN Endometrial Cancer Based On Molecular Features (RAINBO) - NSMP-ORANGE Trial: Comparing Radiotherapy With Oral Progestin Tablets vs. the Current Standard Care, Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy, in Patients With NSMP Endometrial Cancer
This study looks at a new way to treat womb cancer (endometrial cancer) after surgery. We're comparing standard treatment (radiotherapy and chemotherapy) with a new approach: radiotherapy plus hormone tablets, hoping to reduce side effects while being just as effective.
