Yeast Protein for Muscle Mass

This study compares yeast protein to whey protein for building muscle in healthy adults aged 18-35. Participants will do resistance training and take either yeast or whey protein daily for 16 weeks to see which is more effective. This trial aims to find a sustainable way to help people gain muscle.
