A Master Protocol of Multiple Agents in Adults With Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (SYNERGY-Outcomes)
This study looks at new medicines, retatrutide and tirzepatide, for adults with a type of fatty liver disease called MASLD. It aims to see if these drugs can help prevent serious liver problems. Some participants will receive a dummy drug (placebo) to compare.
