Sotorasib Combined With First-line Chemotherapy for Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

This study is looking at a new combination treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer with a specific genetic change (KRAS G12C). It combines a drug called sotorasib with standard chemotherapy to see how safe and well it's tolerated in patients.
