Dr Mohammad Sharif Razai is an award-winning interdisciplinary scientist, clinician and educator. He holds an MA and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Cambridge, a BSc from University College London and an MA from Birkbeck University of London.
Dr Razai has received numerous awards for his work, including the John Maddox Prize as an early career researcher in 2021. His research interests include infectious diseases, health inequalities, medical humanities and digital health. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and his education portfolio is centred on digital platforms to develop front-line healthcare professionals and improve postgraduate teaching.
