(WARNING GRAPHIC PHOTO) Is this normal bleeding for haemorrhoids?

So sorry to subject people to this but as per title, i need some peace of mind that what I'm experiencing is typical of other sufferers.

My consultant had refused to look at a photo of the blood when i tried to show him, after being asked how much blood i was passing.

I just feel there's a lot combined with clots every time, and even you Google what a"normal" amount is, most descriptions are very ambiguous.

Just another update and warning to anyone who is suffering a similar situation.

Started to feel very fun down last week and took myself to accident and emergency.

My haemogloblin had dropped into the 80s and i ended up being admitted into to hospital and was given a blood transfusion.

Still can't have the op yet as am waiting for an all clear on an echocardiogram next week but had an iron infusion last week and another one scheduled for Tuesday.

    Listen to your body!

Back in hospital again after 5 days of heavy bleeding. Had another 2 units of blood and have now been here for 4 days.

This time I'm getting my hemorrhoidectomy so will finally stop this incessant blood loss!!!!

It's being done Thursday, wish me luck!
